In 1996, a "big-little company" from Torrance, California placed roots in Monument, Colorado. It began with Paul Spencer and his wife Wendy in 1985, building their family owned business on integrity, passion and understanding his customer's needs and wants. From there came the manufacturing of the original Chain Frame and soon after that the Twist. The rest is history and along with his son, Todd, the Spencers have been leading the Automotive Aftermarket in license place frames to this day.

Cruiser has grown to become the largest supplier of license plate frames, novelty plate shields, and mounting hardware to the automotive aftermarket. Cruiser's product line has expanded to include motorcycle frames, designer novelty plates, and 3D decals. Cruiser Accessories continues to expand internationally in Canada, Mexico and South America, making Cruiser's market share larger than all of our competitors combined.
